Yes, should you require a platform lift to be used outside, we offer the IP55 package for the Supra and Supra Linea, which is specifically designed for this purpose. It is weather-resistant and can withstand outdoor use all year round.

Does the platform lift come with a warranty?

All new installations include a 1-year warranty covering parts and labour, ensuring your peace of mind.

How long does it take to install a platform lift?

We allow at least a full day to install and demonstrate how to use a platform lift. The process is straightforward, with minimal disruption during the installation. Depending on the size, an additional day may be required to install the equipment.

What happens if my platform lift isn’t operating as expected?

If you encounter any problems or need help, our team is available at all times including outside of working hours. This also includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

What is the weight capacity?

The maximum weight capacities are as follows: Supra – 300 kg (up to 30°), 250 kg (31° to 35°), 190 kg (36° to 45°) Supra Linea – 325 kg (0° to 35°), 250 kg (36° to 45°)

Will others still be able to use the stairs?

Yes. The platform and arms fold up when not in use, allowing full access to the stairs.

We supply the Access BDD Supra and Supra Linea for all platform lifting needs.

The Supra is suitable for any staircase, including curved, straight with changing gradients, multiple landings and spiral staircases. The Supra Linea is a specification of the Supra which has been purpose-built for straight staircases with a constant gradient.

The Supra and Supra Linea platform lifts are renowned for their safety and reliability. With robust dual rail designs and advanced safety features, these lifts provide a secure and dependable solution for navigating staircases. The lifts are designed to withstand heavy loads of up to 325kg and are equipped with emergency stop buttons and manual lowering mechanisms.

Robust 90° Design

The Supra and Supra Linea both feature a 90° access ramp, which opens automatically when the lift arrives at either the top or bottom of the stairs. The anodized aluminium construction offers exceptional durability and resistance to rust, making it an ideal choice for outdoor installations.



On-Board Controls

The Supra and Supra Linea are equipped with intuitive on-board controls that are designed for easy operation and aesthetic appeal. The controls include an emergency stop button and up and down controls.



Automatic Folding Seat

The Supra and Supra Linea feature fully automatic folding platforms, a wide range of platform sizes, and intermediate stops, making them suitable for installation in virtually any building. For non-wheelchair users, an optional folding seat is available for added comfort.



Slimline Rail

The Supra and Supra Linea’s slim profile minimizes space usage on the staircase when not in use. With various parking options and platform sizes, they are ideal for busy buildings where space is limited.



Control Station

The Supra and Supra Linea’s slim profile Call stations can be placed at each end of the staircase and are normally fitted to the wall, but a stanchion (upright frame) can also be supplied. Joysticks and buttons are available to ensure ease of access in public spaces.



IP55 Package (Optional Outdoor Package)

The IP55 package is available as an optional package for both the Supra and Supra Linea and ensures the lifts are suitable for outdoor use or in areas with high condensation levels. When not in use, the IP55 version comes with a protective cover for added weather resistance.
