How do curved stairlifts work?

Curved stairlifts operate on custom made tracks that are fixed to the contours of your staircase (not the wall). The chair moves along the track, allowing you to ascend or descend the stairs with ease.

How long does it take to install a curved stairlift?

We allow at least half of the day to install and demonstrate how to use a curved stairlift. The process is quick and straightforward, with minimal disruption to your home.

I have a narrow staircase. Will a curved stairlift fit?

Our curved stairlifts can be fitted on stairs as narrow as 610mm (24”)

What happens if my stairlift isn’t operating fully?

For your peace of mind, should you experience any difficulties with your stairlift, or require assistance at any time, we operate a 24 hour call out service for our customers. In addition to working hours, this is available out of hours (including weekends and bank holidays.)

The Flow X maximises safety with a one-handed retractable seatbelt. The stairlift will not travel unless the seatbelt is securely fastened.

The single rail can be fitted directly to the steps, on either side of your staircase.

Advanced Swivel and Levelling technology (ASL) allows the Flow X to rotate in motion and be fitted on staircases as narrow as 610mm.

Remote control units can be fitted discreetly at each end of the stairs, allowing you to remotely call or send the stairlift.

The call device enables the user to contact up to three different telephone numbers directly from the stairlift.
